Patented machinery for the processing of tire imperfections. Equipped with cameras and advanced image processing software, a six-axis robotic arm sifts the carcass in search of impacts and defects to be erased and then treated with a abrasive brush and a conventional grinding wheel to eliminate any traces of rust, without damaging the metal strip of the tire. With an impact in terms of improving the quality of work, Leonardo is able to increase productivity, reduce costs while preserving the health of operators subject to dirt, fumes and environmental and acoustic pollution during manual operations thanks to a hermetically sealed cabin
