Robotic machine for the automatic and manual execution of imperfections of giant Off-The-Road transport tires. Equipped with a patented vision system for the identification of imperfections on the surface of the tire and the perimeters around the craters to be machined (indicated by the operator with a chalk), as well as the amount of material present between the plies and the tread, thanks to a laser sensor inserted in the robot's wrist. Crater OTR 63 is remotely interfaced and performs craters and special machining on 25 to 63 inch tires, using a variety of customizable tools by the customer (such as a boring cutter, a rectangular cutter for roughing the crater and a graded one for finishing the sides)
